Fiona GraY
She/Her
I grew up in London, and am based in London again. In between I have spent a number of years living abroad. I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology (3yrs, FT), in Seattle. My Masters program trained me in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Since then, I have worked with children, teens, families, and adults as a Psychotherapist.
I have the honour of working with clients with a wide range of presenting issues, such as: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ageing, parenting, anger, life changes, and relational difficulties. I have worked with those with issues around sexuality, gender, race, religious identity. I integrate my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, with creative art and CBT tools to engage each person in a unique and individual way. I am trained in EMDR therapy and use it to work with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I am an accredited member of the BACP, and I abide by their code of ethics.
